Refund Policy

At Ocrasio, customer satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued and how the refund process works.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for the following situations:

Defective Products

If your product arrives with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or quality issues, you are eligible for a full refund. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Damaged During Shipping

Products damaged during transit are eligible for a full refund. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of both the product and packaging.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will issue a full refund or send the correct item at no additional charge.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to monitor display differences
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Orders canceled after production has begun

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service at refunds@ocrasio.com or call 1-800-OCRASIO
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Submit clear photos showing the defect or damage
  4. Wait for our team to review and approve your request
  5. Follow any return instructions provided (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit to Account: 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • Total Time: Most refunds are completed within 10-15 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card refunds will appear on your card statement
  • PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account
  • Other payment methods will be refunded accordingly

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in cases where:

  • Only some items in a multi-item order are defective
  • The product has minor defects and you choose to keep it
  • Return shipping costs need to be deducted (in specific cases)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are refundable if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The package was lost in transit

Shipping costs are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns (change of mind).

Replacement vs. Refund

In most cases of defective or damaged products, we offer the choice between a replacement or a full refund. Replacements are typically processed faster than refunds.

International Orders

For international orders, refunds will be issued in the original currency. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are also non-refundable.
