Return Policy

At Ocrasio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are made-to-order specifically for you, please review our return policy carefully.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
We will gladly accept returns for products that arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged product
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Returns for Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge and provide instructions for returning the wrong item.
Made-to-Order Products
Please note that all our products are custom-made specifically for your order. As such, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selection (please double-check before ordering)
- Minor variations in color due to monitor differences
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@ocrasio.com or call 1-800-OCRASIO
- Provide your order number and details about the issue
- Include clear photos of the product and any defects
- Wait for approval and return instructions from our team
Return Shipping
For approved returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You are not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Replacements will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies. We will provide return instructions specific to your location. Please note that customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (when marked as such)
- Products returned without prior authorization
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
