Processing Time
All products at Ocrasio are made-to-order, which means they are custom-created just for you. Processing times vary by product:
- Standard Products: 2-5 business days
- Complex Items: 5-7 business days
- Custom Designs: 7-10 business days
Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification when your order begins production.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production (Free on orders over $50)
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days after production ($9.95)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after production ($19.95)
International Shipping
- Standard International: 10-20 business days ($15.95)
- Express International: 5-10 business days ($29.95)
International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on:
- Domestic orders over $50
- Select promotional periods (announced via email and website)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.

- PO Boxes (standard shipping only)
- APO/FPO military addresses
International Orders
For international shipments, please note:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, etc.)
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Contact us within 48 hours if the package cannot be located
